How to Make your Own Red Hot Lip Gloss with Lip Plumper in 10 Minutes

Not wearing lipstick is not really an option, but the truth is that, not any product will do and this is one of the few topics where me and lipstick companies do agree. From this point onward though, we disagree on pretty much everything because I don’t buy their advertising campaigns. I understand why they try to induce the idea that unless you pay considerable amounts on the most expensive products in their lineup, you will look old and bland but I don’t believe a word they say.
The trick to have plump lips and a charming smile is to make your own lipstick and add a couple of ingredients that can plump UP your lips. Cinnamon is a shining example of what to add to your homemade lipstick, with petroleum jelly and almond oil being also of assistance. Obviously, you still need a lipstick and a container for the end product, but the investment will be minimum and you won’t be trading quality.

Tip:
If you have dark circles and age spots, stay away from dark colors and stick to traditional carmine red lipsticks, as they will make you look a few years younger. Obviously, there is no connection between the color of the lipstick and the plumpness of your lips, because cinnamon does all the hard work. After mixing it together the necessary ingredients, put the concoction in the microwave oven and set the timer for 20-30 seconds so that the mixture can melt and you can pour it in the container.
You’ll Need:
Lipstick
Petroleum jelly
Almond oil
Cinnamon oil Or clove Oil (or any essential oil which is going to act as an irritant causing your lips to swell in the process)
Lip gloss container

Grab a small glob of petroleum jelly and place it in a microwavable bowl or container and add a tiny chunk of your favorite red lipstick. Pop them in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds until they liquefied nice and creamy consistency.
Using a dropper, add 3-5 drops of cinnamon oil and a few drops of sweet almond oil. Mix the mixture well and pour them into your lip gloss container. If you preferred more hotter, you can add few more drops of cinnamon oil.
